The Diamond Townhouse @ Patrick Street, Belturbet, Co. Cavan, Ireland.

This is a 4 star townhouse situated in the picturesque town of Belturbet just a one minute walk from the River Erne and it's lovely riverside walks and stunning marina. It is the ideal base for angling enthuasiasts, golfers or for a relaxing break Close by there is a great choice of restaurants and bars with great music and craic. Beltubet is renowned for the great welcome it extends to everyone that visits our town.

The House

The house is a 4 bedroom townhouse, close to the river Erne. It is registered with the Irish tourist board and has a 4 star rating. The ground floor consists of entrance Hall, livingroom, a well equipped kitchen, utility room and a downstairs toilet.

The Kitchen

The kitchen has fully integrated appliances, oven/grill, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, all cooking utensils, glassware, cutlery, delph, pots & pans.

The Livingroom

Furnished with comfortable sofa, armchairs and occasional tables, colour Tv, fireplace with gas fire.

Utility

A washing machine and fitted units with sink, ironing board, iron, hoover.

First Floor

The 4 bedrooms are at this level also family sized bathroom with bath and shower.

The master bedroom

This bedroom has a double bed, built in wardrobes, 2 bedside lockers and is ensuite. There is a lovely view of the River Erne from this room.

Bedrooms No. 2, 3, & 4

Each of these bedrooms have 2 twin beds, fitted wardrobes and bedside lockers.

The Main Bathroom

Family sized bathroom with bath & shower, towels are provided.

The Exterior

There is a lovely sundrenched patio area. A bait shed with bait fridge and lots of storage space. There is a large yard for private parking.

Boat for Hire

We have a boat which you can hire for the duration of your stay, engine supplied also life jackets.

Prices

1st Nov-31st March excluding Christmas & New Year 250 Euro per week or part of.
1st Apr-31st Oct 400 Euro per week.
Weekends 250 Euro.
